MEMBERSHIP RULES & RATES

INITIATION FEE

  • Regular Member: $10,000  one time fee*
  • Junior Family Member: No fee
  • Intermediate Non-Family Member: (Discounts apply, please call for update)

ANNUAL DUES

  • Regular Member: $14,500  split quarterly
  • Junior/Intermediate Member: (Discounts apply, Call for updates)

PER DIEMS (CHILDREN/ADULT)

  • Lodging: $21.00-$50.00
  • Breakfast: $11.00-$22.00
  • Lunch: $11.00-$22.00
  • Dinner: $16.00-$40.00

MINIMUMS & SERVICE FEES

  • Arriving & Departing days are actual meals reserved
  • Days in-between are 2 meal minimum to include dinner
  • Annual minimum use: $1,000 per membership
  • Annual Airport Use Fee: $500. (unlimited landings)
  • Boat Delivery Fee: $6.00

EXCLUSIONS & EXCEPTIONS

  • UTV’s are allowed, specifications are subject to Board approval
  • ATV’s, non-electric boat motors & motorcycles are not allowed
  • Members must be present with guests except under the 1x friends & family incentive
  • Member does NOT need to be present with spouse and/or children under the age of 30.
  • Over limit or large groups are subject to approval

MEMBERSHIP PROCEDURES

  • Submit application form with $1,000 deposit & letters of recommendation from 2 current members (may require interviews).
  • 30 day circulation of application among current membership.
  • Payment of remaining initiation and appropriate dues upon approval.
